How To Take A Screenshot

Taking screenshots from you android phone is one of the very cool things you can do. It can really be of good use in various ways. I particularly find it very helpful when screenshoting an important message so that i can get it in the later future, just incase i delete the original message.

Different phones have different methods used to take a screenshot. Basically, you have to use either press the power button plus the volume down button. This is by the way, the most common method for majority of the phones.

Another way is using the power button plus the volume up button.After taking the screenshot, you will find the copy of the screenshot in you phones gallery.

To give you a detailed tutorial, i will use my Samsung A10s to take a screenshot of a message.

1. The first step is pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time.
2. You will notice that your phone will give you a notification that the screenshot has been saved.
3. I then press my menu button to access my phone's menu content.
4. I scroll over to my gallery and open it.
5. You can now see my screenshot.
6. I can edit it to crop it or just send it, or leave it the way it is.
7. Done!

If you dont feel like using the buttons, or maybe they are faulty, you can install an app from your phones google playstore. The name of the app is called Screenshot Touch

Personally i find it easier to use especially if you have a faulty power button or missing volume buttons.

Use the following steps;

1. Open you phones google playstore.
2. Make sure you have signed in using your email and password.
3. Search for screenshot touch,  or click here.
4. Click install and wait for the installation process to complete.
